Do You Believe?

My mum made me laugh yesterday when she walked to the bathroom. She randomly screamed so when I asked what was wrong, she said that she saw a girl in a brown Victorian skirt, and brown boots run past her. She said she felt the girl brush past her arm but what weirded her out was that she didn't hear the girl make any noise, just saw her smiling and run past as if chasing after something.

I found it humourous for a while, but then I questioned whether my mum really did see something? Or is she just insane?
